Welcome to the kind of wellness that meets you exactly where you are on your journey.

On July 1, Shepherd Center introduced its new Adaptive Wellness Collective (AWC). A digital wellness platform, an AWC membership gives you ongoing access to expert-led classes and educational content that support recovery, health, and wellness.

AWC brings together adaptive fitness, education, and specialized wellness experiences designed for people living with brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and other neurological conditions.

AWC is proud to offer:

  • Guided wellness and fitness classes
  • Content tailored to your abilities and goals, no matter where you are on your journey
  • Flexible, on-demand classes accessible anytime, anywhere
  • Livestream classes you can join in real time

Formerly hosted on an external platform, this wellness content is led by Shepherd Center staff members — giving you guided workouts to incorporate into your routine and the ability to try out new activities and exercises from the comfort of home.

The AWC, formerly known as the Best Health and Wellness Program, will also continue to offer coaching, virtual, and in-person classes at Shepherd Center, creating a wide range of opportunities for community members to stay active and reach new goals.

To explore the AWC’s catalog of on-demand classes, visit adaptwell.shepherd.org. And for listings of in-person classes offered at Shepherd Center’s campus, visit Shepherd Center’s events calendar.
